Volume 4 of the TRUFFLE SHUFFLE will star Chef Peter Gunn from Australia.
Originally from New Zealand, Peter Gunn made Melbourne, Australia his culinary home. In addition to his full time employment, Gunn hosted monthly one off dinners throughout the city as an outlet for his own creative expression. After four years of events in warehouses to tramcars, the opportunity to open his permanent home arrived. IDES, Peters Gunn’s first restaurant opened its doors in March 2016.
A small intimate urban restaurant, its ever-changing menu has already established a loyal following and critical acclaim.

OUT is excited to announce the SUNDAY BRUNCH OUT, a series of relaxed Sunday brunches to be enjoyed with family and friends. A select menu of seasonal plates will be served alongside coffee by Allpress Espresso, signature Bloody (and Virgin) Mary's and champagne - a perfect Sunday session.
