Volume 5: Chef Nao and Sommelier Motohashi

Volume 5 of the TRUFFLE SHUFFLE will star Chef Nao and Sommelier Motohashi of restaurant JULIA.
JULIA is one of a handful of innovative American restaurants in Japan.
Ken-ichiro Motohashi, the owner and sommelier of JULIA, has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 18years. Mr. Motohashi's experience ranges from management of restaurants in the esteemed Ginza district of Tokyo to the production and opening of several hotels and restaurants throughout Japan.
Chef Nao, the head chef of JULIA, intertwines the flavors of Japan into her dishes using ingredients traditionally found in Japanese cooking such as dashi, soy, and miso. Chef Nao's dishes combine her Japanese roots with traditional French culinary techniques, using different ingredients from all over Japan to present her interpretation of Modern American cuisine.
We are excited to see Chef Nao’s unique take on working with truffle and Motohashi’s drink pairings at OUT for one night only.

SUNDAY BRUNCH OUT is a series of relaxed Sunday brunches to be enjoyed with family and friends. A select menu of seasonal plates will be served alongside coffee by Allpress Espresso, signature Bloody (and Virgin) Mary's and champagne - a perfect Sunday session.
